Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If a delay occurs, you will be notified via email. Be aware that no two botanical compositions are identical. Each ingredient is organic and in its natural state-hence some colors may differ per jar depending on the supplier.

Although we hope that it never comes to this, if you are not satisfied with your product, contact us at info@thebelovedbodies.com within 21 days of arrival for a refund or replacement.

Do you ship worldwide?
Of course!
How long will my order take to ship?
Each order is shipped within 5-10 business days after purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for each order.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipping, a tracking number will be provided via email. Join the tribe and sign up for our email list so that you can get constant tracking information.
PRODUCTS
Are your products all-natural and cruelty free?
Yes! Each product is handmade, crafted with all natural and organic ingredients. Better for you and better for Mother Nature.
How much scrub should I use?
It all depends on where you use it. For your face, about a teaspoon should do it. Just enough to have a thin layer of scrub on the skin-enough to buff with.
For normal or combination skin, we recommend exfoliating three times a week. For sensitive skin, start at one through two time a week.
What's the best way to incorporate a fluid skincare routine into my daily habits with ease?
To get the most out of your facial skincare routine, use your products in this order. This should take no more than 5-7 minutes daily:
Wash-Exfoliate-Steam-Mask-Tone-Hydrate
Whenever you feel your skin needs freshening up, massage the scrub into your pores as often as you like to replenish them. Safe for entire body, from face to privates.
What is the shelf life?
The Sugar Scrubs can last up to a year. Sugar is a natural preservative keeping the product fresh. Make sure to keep the scrubs sealed tightly and do not get water in the containers. Apply the scrubs over the sink or before/after getting into the shower. Keeping the scrubs in the fridge will extend the shelf life but only one scrub (Minty Kisses) are required to be kept in the fridge due to the use of fresh products.
The Body Oils and Whipped Shea Butter will last for about 2 years.
How do I use beard oil?
For both conditioning and shaving, massage the oil into the hair follicles until it feels moisturized. A few drops should do, depending on your beard length. If used for shaving, apply oil at least five minutes before putting the razor to work.
Use it as often as you shave, at least five minutes before. If you are using it as a beard conditioning oil-you can use it daily.

Plant-based healing is a form of self-healing that involves herbs, holistic remedies and organic ingredients that work together to get the body in its best functioning state. As an herbalist, Tonia Simone crafts unique blends of healing creations by using organic herbs, oils and sacred remedies. Not only does she create a multitude of plant-based, natural skincare products that have physical healing properties-each product is created in a sacred space and is infused healing elements, oils and crystals. Aside from skincare customized herbal creations, such as tinctures, infusions and capsules, are available upon a consultation.
Do you create customized herbal creations?

Do you provide wholesale/private label?
Yes, wholesale purchasing (25+ products with a 10% discount) is available upon request. Private labeling is not available, as of now.
